I ordered from Betabrand feeling a little unsure about the sizing, because online pants shopping usually puts me in a mildly stressed mood. But I used the size chart, the fit ended up being pretty much right on.

The waist and length both felt good, and after wearing them for a while, I didn’t get any weird tight spots or that saggy, baggy knee thing. They just stayed comfortable, which put me in a surprisingly good mood.
That almost never happens for me when I order clothes online, so I was genuinely happy about it. Based on the fit alone, I’d definitely buy from them again

I picked up a pair of Betabrand pants for work because they looked like they’d be comfy while still passing as kind of dressy... they are SO comfortable!! Like, no complaints there at all. I’d totally wear them for casual Fridays, a more relaxed office day, or just anytime I want to look somewhat put together without feeling stiff.

That said, I don’t think they fully work for more formal work days??? Up close, the fabric and fit still feel a little too casual to me, so I wouldn’t reach for them if I had an important meeting or a stricter dress code situation. They’re not bad at all!! Just very much depends on what your office considers “workwear.”

I ordered a pair of pants from betabrand right before a trip, so I was kind of watching the shipping more than usual. They sent it out when they said they would, and the tracking actually made sense the whole way.

The package landed on the exact day listed, with no random gaps or last-minute surprises. It was nice not having to think about it, that alone makes me feel like I’d order from them again...

I had a sizing question and emailed Betabrand, and umm, they got back to me way faster than I expected. They were really helpful and didn’t make it into a whole thing, which I appreciated. it’s just nice dealing with a company that actually replies quickly.

These pants are comfy, especially if you’re sitting most of the day. They feel nice and soft, but the fit was kind of weird on me, so I didn’t totally love them. Overall, they’re comfortable, just not quite amazing.

I returned a pair of pants and did eventually get my refund, so at least it worked out in the end. It just took longer than I was expecting, and I wasn’t really sure what was supposed to happen next after I sent the return back.
Customer service did reply, but not super quickly, and the whole process felt a little unclear. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. I might order again, but I’d definitely be more careful with sizing next time.

Umm, I’ve had a good experience overall. They usually have the colors and sizes I’m looking for in stock, which is really nice, and it’s easy to check before buying.

I picked up a pair of Betabrand pants and was surprised by how nice they look in person. They have that clean, polished vibe without feeling stiff or overly dressy, so styling them is pretty much effortless. I wore them with a basic top and still felt put together, which is always a win. I’ve already gotten a few compliments too. The only issue would be overthinking the outfit, which is totally avoidable because these pants do most of the work.

I ordered the pants in dark olive, and the color was really close to the photos. Maybe just a little little less bright in person, but nothing major at all. I’m still happy with them overall. Giving 4 stars because the color was mostly accurate.

I had it in my bag all day, and it still looked good when I took it out. Since it didn’t really wrinkle, I didn’t have to fuss with it at all.

I’ve worn these a ton over the past few months, and somehow they still look good. No weird stretching, no seams coming apart, none of that annoying stuff that usually starts happening way too soon. it’s kind of a relief for once.

My first reaction when I felt it was honestly, “Oh… this is fine, I guess.” The fabric feels okay, but it doesn’t seem super sturdy or like it’ll hold up really well over time

These have so much stretch, and I love it. I’m constantly sitting, bending, running errands, and moving around for work, and they never feel tight or uncomfortable. They still look polished enough to wear to the office, which is a huge plus. They kind of remind me of my favorite comfy leggings, but they look way more put-together than regular casual pants

I really like how useful the pockets are. They’re deep enough to hold my phone and keys without anything slipping out when I sit down. It seems like a small thing, but a lot of pants don’t get it right. These also don’t look bulky, which is a nice bonus. Great for everyday stuff like work or running errands

I kept checking the status and it was, well, not totally unclear, but it didn’t really give me enough detail to know what was happening. I wasn’t sure exactly when my order shipped until later than I would’ve liked.
